Purpose
This scholarship was established in 2008 to recognize the teaching career of Mr. James Spicer who taught U.S. History in the Gary Community School Corporation from 1966 through 2007.
The scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at West Side Leadership Academy who will be pursuing higher education.
