This fund provides support to Tri Town Safety Village, Inc.

Tri Town Safety Village Fund

The Tri Town Safety Village represents Dyer, Schererville & St John. This is an actual child-sized town that includes replicas of local businesses, a full size Survive Alive house and real railroad and street crossing areas complete with working train crossing and stop light equipment.

This project involves local police and firemen from each town. Classroom and field activities are included along with programs dealing with pedestrian, drugs and stranger awareness. "Rules Of The Road" are learned in a safe environment.

This fund was established at Legacy Foundation to support the ongoing mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana is a youth-serving organization that provides over 10,000 kids opportunities for a great future through safe places, caring mentors and life-enhancing programs on academics, health and leadership. Our Clubs offer so much – people, programs and places that create life-changing opportunities. We do “Whatever it Takes” to build GREAT Futures.
