This fund provides ongoing support to the Lake County Public Library

LCPL's mission is to give everyone, regardless of social class or circumstance of birth, the opportunity to improve his or her life. We do that by providing free classes on a wide array of topics, like early literacy, genealogy, and English as a second language. Of course, if all you need is a quiet place to use a computer, or a way to access the Internet to fill out a job application, you can find that here, too. We can even help you improve your resume.

Donations to LCPL through the Legacy Foundation are used to directly support our educational initiatives. We may also use donations to continue expanding our collection of books, movies, music, and other materials so that people can engage in self-guided study, or simply enjoy themselves for a few hours – because no matter what you need, the library is here to help.
